Follow the directions for the weight of your turkey. I managed to over bake a turkey in a bag one time and it got too dry. I'm not the best at making gravy. Sometimes it turns out good, sometimes I get it too thick. So Sarah has a little red chair. I had one when I was little like her but then one day when Mom was painting the cabinets in the kitchen the phone rang and by the time she got finished gabbing and came back to the kitchen my little red chair had been painted mostly white. *giggling* Sarah's so cute in the video. I think it's great that parents can catch magic moments like that on video so easily nowadays.
