1. You may not change, remove or add anything to the sig tags you buy. This includes no-recoloring, removing of frames from an animation, adding or removing text, erasing parts you do not like, etc. No changes made at any time!

If you need any changes made, please let me know, and I will do my best to customize it to your liking. It is not always guaranteed, but I can surely do my best.

2. Do not claim the creations as your own.

3. Do NOT share your username and password with anyone! If you are caught sharing your username and password you will lose your membership and no refund will be given.

4. If you own a website, my member’s logo must be displayed somewhere on your site. A reminder will be made if I do not see it added during your membership.

5. Once you have been added to the Member’s Area Database, there will be NO refunds!

6. You do NOT need a website to join.

7. ALL sig tags, no matter where they are being used, NEED to be linked with a text link or logo link back to www.prettyinpinkpixels.com ! This applies to emails, forums, blog, websites… everywhere!

8. You MUST understand that I have a life aside from this website. I have a house and family to take care of, and they will always be my priority.

9. You understand that weekly updates may not always be possible. There are some weeks which will be busier in general for me, and as well, that I create as my creativity allows me to.

10. You understand that I will NOT put up with any rude or disrespectful behavior. If you have a comment, question, or problem, we can bring it up and talk about it like adults, and find a solution. If I feel the rude and disrespectful behavior is a continuing pattern and I don’t feel respected, I will discontinue your membership without refund. I give plenty of chances, I am always honest and I am always willing to work things out, but you must give me the benefit of the doubt, and talk to me how you would like to be treated.

11. If I’ve made any mistakes to the tags at any time, I will gladly remake it for you… without a problem!

12. You are allowed to request up to 3 tags per week for either you OR a friend.

13. You are responsible to request your tags every week! This site will exist as a normal pixel site, where your membership will expire at the end of the membership, no matter how many tags you have requested.

14. If you are going on vacation and let me know, I will allow you to request before you are off for vacation to make up for the time you will be away, but you MUST let me know this. Again, tag requests are your responsibility!

15. At any time, if you have any questions, comments, problems or troubles with me, my site, or anything what so ever, let me know! I am always happy to help and assist any way I can. 16. If you are caught violating any of these terms, your membership will be suspended permanently!!

17. By requesting membership, whether you have read the Terms of Use or not, you are hereby agreeing to them!
